The Sports School is a facility where young 10-year-old footballers are nurtured. Here, the future stars of your team are groomed:
Increasing Player Strength: Each level of the building increases the minimum strength of new players joining the team.
Frequency and Quantity of New Players: Every 5 levels increase the number of players joining the team in one season and reduce the time interval between new players' arrivals.

For example, with a "Scouting" skill level of 50 at the 1st level of the building, the strength of a new player will range from 300 to 390. At the 20th level of the building and a "Scouting" skill level of 80, the strength of a new player can reach from 400 to 600.
Player Position Selection
You can "order" a specific position for the next player who joins your team. It can be any position or a specific line, such as a defender.
Additionally, you can detail your request, for example, by specifically requesting a central defender. If you choose "Any," a player of a random position will come.
Quick Search Option
The paid Quick Search feature allows you to immediately acquire a new player. The cost of this service is 10 gems for a random position or line, and 20 gems for a specific position.
