The buildings serve as fundamentals of the team's economy and its evolution. Each building has an impact on one of the most important gaming structures. Each one of those has 20 levels and may be upgraded to increase the positive effect. Their visual appearance changes accordingly. In order to upgrade the building, the manager is supposed to spend a certain amount of digital assets and wait for some time so the construction can be accomplished.
Price and improvement time increases with each tier. While improving, the building is functioning normally as a building of the previous (before improvement) tier.
A paid bonus can be activated to improve the building instantly. The cost of the bonus scales proportionally to the improvement time remaining.
Along with increasing the building’s performance, improvements also increase the building’s maintenance cost. The maintenance cost is debited from the team’s account once every day. The maintenance cost can become unaffordable if the building’s tier is too high in comparison to the team's performance, and can ruin the financial balance sheet. In these situations, there is a possibility to downgrade the building and lower the maintenance cost, but the funds invested in improvements will not be returned. Downgrading is instant.
A Stadium serves as an income basis for the team, as it influences one of the main sources of income — tickets sales. Leveling the Stadium increases the maximum capacity of the visitors for home matches, but doesn’t increase the number of fans willing to visit the match that will be determined by the team’s fame. The Manager must develop the stadium carefully, and avoid either having «not enough seats» and/or overpricing as to avoid the inability to fit all possible fans in a stadium.
The Office is the main building of the team. Its level influences maximum players capacity, i.e. the number of players in the roster simultaneously. The office also serves as a limiter to the maximum level of all other buildings (any other building cannot have level higher than the office).
Communications center gives access to Union-connected features. Leveling up this building gives access to such features as joining or creating unions themselves, unlocking new items to buy for Contribution points in the Union store, and influences the gain rate of the contribution points themselves.
The Training center serves to improve the player's skills. Every day the Manager can send a player (or more than a one player, if the building level permits) for training, which will not prevent sending them to play matches (trainings and matches can be done simultaneously within the same day)
A Medical center provides healing for the injured players and medical check-ups for healthy ones to lower the chance of injury.
A Fitness center allows restoration of physical form of tired players or energizes the new players to make them temporarily super-effective, but will cause massive form decrease afterwards.
A Sport school serves as a source of drafting or obtaining new players. Sports schools deliver young players on a specific schedule. Their traits are unknown, and the power level is relatively low. Upgrading the sports school increases the minimum power level of the newcomers and the speed of getting new players.
A Market gives Managers the access to trading features: allows them to buy and sell players. The trade is conducted in the form of an open auction. Leveling out the market increases the maximum quantity of incoming transfer offers available simultaneously.
